It's not the most ideal conditions, but we can still get some action with the right approach. I'm gonna give you one lure, the finesse worm, three different ways because it's gonna be a finesse day, partner. We need something that's gonna coax those bass out, and the SP05 Finesse Worm in green pumpkin is my top choice for this. It's all about subtle presentations and letting the fish come to us.
⏰Best Times to Fish
Right before and after sunrise, the bass are usually most active, and with the clear sky, they might be a bit more sluggish than usual, but this is still your best chance at a reaction strike.
As the day cools down just a bit, and the sun isn't as high, the bass might start to move into shallower areas, looking for food. This is a good time to try and get hooked up, especially around structures like docks or submerged vegetation.
Tomorrow looks like it might have slightly better conditions for fishing, with a clear sky and no chance of rain. The early morning bite could be particularly good.
